As part of certain training programs, an official certification may be organized. This transmission is strictly limited to the data necessary to organize the certification and is based on the execution of the service requested by the user.
Responsibility of the Certification Body
Training courses are organized by South West Services Sàrl (pro-formation.ch). As part of certain training programs, an official certification may be issued by an external certification body.
When applicable, the certification examination is organized and supervised by the certification body AC Contrôle SA, which acts as an independent entity responsible for evaluating candidates and issuing certifications.
The success or failure of the certification depends exclusively on the certification body.
Registration Made on Behalf of a Third Party
In some cases, registration for a training or certification session may be carried out by a third party, such as a secretary, employer, or training manager.
The person submitting the information through the form confirms that they have the necessary authorization to transmit the personal data of the candidate concerned.
South West Services Sàrl cannot be held responsible if information is transmitted without the authorization of the concerned individual.
Accuracy of Data
The person completing the registration is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when registering for a training or certification session.

You may request the deletion or modification of the data you have provided by contacting us at the email address mentioned above.

Data submitted through forms is stored for a maximum period of 2 years unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
