Terms of Participation and Cancellation

1. Registration

  • Participants must complete the registration form on our website and make full payment upon registration or immediately upon receipt of the invoice, strictly before the start of the training.
  • Registration is considered binding upon acceptance of the participation conditions and submission of the registration.
  • Participation in the course is only guaranteed after full payment of our invoice has been received.

2. Minimum Age

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old to register for the courses.

3. Equipment

  • The participant must bring personal protective equipment: work clothes, safety shoes, welding jacket, gloves, and welding mask.

Otherwise, they must either purchase the required equipment at their own expense before the course begins from our shop, or rent for the duration of the course (CHF 80.-) equipment consisting of a jacket, a pair of gloves, and an automatic welding helmet.

4. Conduct

  • Inappropriate or dangerous behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the course without any possibility of refund.

5. Schedule

  • Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the course.

Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation request must be made in writing before the start of the training to be eligible for a refund.
  • A cancellation after issuance of our invoice (issue date) will incur a minimum fee of 25% of the course value.
  • A cancellation made less than four weeks before the start of the session will be charged 50% of the course value.

2. Late Cancellations

  • A cancellation made less than two weeks before the start of the session will be charged 100% of the course value.
  • A cancellation of a certification made less than 14 days before it takes place will be charged CHF 500.00.

This clause does not apply if our trainer, after evaluating the candidate, considers that they are not ready to take the examination.

3. No Refund

If you do not meet the above conditions, no refund will be granted.

4. Non-attendance (no show)

  • Participants who do not attend the course will be considered absent and will not receive any refund or possibility of rescheduling.

5. In Case of Insufficient Registrations

(fewer than 3 participants), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course session.

Written confirmation of cancellation will be sent with a proposal for rescheduling or reimbursement of amounts already paid.

6. Quote

We are pleased to respond to your inquiries. However, given the information and analysis required to process your request, we charge an amount of CHF 80.00 in the event of cancellation or refusal.

These fees are necessary to cover our service and research costs and to ensure that we provide a complete and thorough response to your request.
